Eligibility Criteria:- Candidates with M.Tech degree obtained after B.Tech with a consistent academic record and a valid GATE score are encouraged to apply Other eligible candidates with other similar valid qualifications may also apply. B.Tech (CSE /IT) graduates with a CGPA of 8.0 and above can also apply.
Pay Scale:- Rs.20000/-
